Alain Boudier presents The 3AF Sigma Commission on Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon
A New Historical Chronology of the Phenomenon
Alain Boudier, president of the French Sigma Commission, will discuss a new chronology of events since 1940. In view of new elements coming from the USA and Russia, the Sigma Commission has made a historical synthesis of events that have affected, in a subtle way, the global geostrategic balance. Mr. Boudier will present, in part, the Sigma Commissions results of its high-level study of UFOs. His presentation will be translated by J. Antonio Huneeus.
Alain Boudier has long worked in his career in executive posts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries both in France and abroad. As a member of the 3 AF (Aeronautical & Astronautical Association of France) since 1988, he organized and gave a series of lectures on Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena at the Secreteriat-General for National Defense, the Directorate of Military Intelligence, and the Military Academy overseas between 1993 and 2003. He is a member of Association of Defense Journalists and Vice President of the ESSEC Commission on Defense and Economic Security. In May 2008 he was appointed President of the 3AF’s Sigma Commission on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. On December 5, 2012 the final report of this Commission was delivered to the President of the AF.
