2017 International UFO Congress Lecture

Lecture: Exclusive NASA Photos of Alien Bases on the Moon

Ken Johnston, Sr. reveals how he discovered the truth about alien bases on the moon and how and why NASA tried to cover it up.  Ken takes you behind the sacred walls of our space program and leads us to the conclusion that we are, and have been, visited by extraterrestrials.  He will also reveal, FOR THE FIRST TIME, how he wound up AT THE RIGHT PLACE, with the RIGHT STUFF, at the RIGHT TIME, to do the RIGHT THING!  Ken did not want to see historical data, that could change people’s perspective of the lunar landings, being destroyed.  He took those pictures and kept them sealed in document protectors and secluded them in a safe place to ensure that their integrity was not lost.  Now, after 47 years, Ken has made his personal archive available to the world so researchers can have access to the high definition digital copies of his first generation pictures at  He says that now that the TRUTH is out there he feels much safer.  So many people have taken their part of the truth to their graves, lost forever.  Now Dr. Johnston has prevented that from happening by donating HD copies of his entire personal ARCHIVE to the ROSWELL INTERNATIONAL UFO RESEARCH MUSEUM where it will continue to be available to the world.

Bio: R. Ken Johnston, Sr, was one of 4 Civilian Astronaut Consultant Pilots from the Apollo Moon Program, is a retired aerospace engineer, former active duty US Marine, and “NASA Whistle Blower.” He refused to strictly follow orders and destroy a nearly-complete collection of 8? x 10? glossy photo-prints from the Apollo program. These photos are not available from NASA at this time and are of a higher resolution than what is found on-line. Johnston was born at Fort Sam Houston US Army Air Corps Base in San Antonio, TX. in1942.

Johnston was hired by Grumman Aircraft Corp. because of his training as a pilot with an avionics background for the Apollo Lunar Module testing. His duty was to assist with cockpit and instrument development and Astronaut training at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.Ken later worked at the Lunar Receiving Laboratory, where all the moon rocks were stored, cataloged and in some cases, distributed to scientists from around the world. As the Director of the Data and Photo Control Department he had access to all the original lunar pictures, film and slides.

When the lunar sample distribution wound down, he was instructed to destroy what remained of the photo archive, but Johnston kept one set as a personal collection for a work portfolio. This personal portfolio became known as “Ken’s Archive” and has been used by researchers from around the world to help them discover evidence of ET presence, past and present on the Moon.

NOTE: Ken Johnston is not a doctor and does not have an accredited Ph.D. We apologize for the mistake and any confusion it has caused.

Soon after Mr. Johnston presented at the International UFO Congress, we were alerted to discrepancies regarding Mr. Johnston’s Ph.D., so we investigated the matter on our own. In Mr. Johnston’s book, Ken’s Moon, there is a picture of a Doctor of Divinity diploma dated January 1, 1985, although the caption reads 1981. When we asked Mr. Johnston about the degree, we were emailed a picture of a second diploma that said it was a Doctor of Metaphysics. This second diploma is dated January 1, 1987. We were told Mr. Johnston’s degrees were from the Reformed Baptist Seminary (RBS), a very respectable organization. However, the title on the degrees read “The Reform Baptists Theological Seminary.” The stamp on the degrees has the name “Colorado Reform Baptist Church Inc.”

When researching the Colorado Reform Baptist Church, we found a Baptists forum that calls the company “a sham.” We also found an investigation by journalist James Oberg on the matter of Mr. Johnston’s degrees. Mr. Oberg had contacted the owner of Colorado Reform Baptist Church Inc., William Conklin. Regarding his conversation with Mr. Conklin, Oberg writes: “To begin with, he insisted that a 'Doctor of Metaphysics' degree is NOT a 'Ph.D.' and nobody has any right to term it as such. The ‘school’ was never accredited and never had any academic standing. He had set up as a money-making venture and operated for about a decade, in the 1980s. It had no campus, no faculty, no library, just an address.”

We also contacted RBS. They do not list any doctorate degrees in their academic programs, and the person who answered the phone said she would check to see if there had been any such programs in the past. We got a call back from the Dean of the Reformed Baptist Seminary (RBS), Dr. Robert Gonzales, and he said they are not affiliated with the Colorado Reform Baptists Church Inc. In reference to the title of Mr. Johnston’s diploma, he noted RBS stood for Reformed Baptist, not Reform. He also said they have never offered a Doctor of Divinity or Doctor of Metaphysics. He is only aware of actual PhDs using the term Dr. legitimately, including himself. He also said he has heard of Conklin who he says was a scammer who ran a degree mill. He called it a bogus organization.

Oberg’s full investigation into Mr. Johnston’s background unearthed further inaccuracies in his claims. Oberg’s presentation can be found online. It should be noted that despite the many discrepancies in Mr. Johnston’s claims, Oberg believes Mr. Johnston does deserve to be recognized for his background as a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp, work on the Apollo Program as an electrician, and youth outreach programs.

Ken Johnston exclusive photos of moon bases

Posted by Steve Applegate on Aug 14th 2018

This was a disappointment for me for two reasons:
    1) I was expecting a book and got a DVD instead. While Ken has had a very interesting career, most of the dvd was taken up with talk about funny experiences, etc. for the audience, rather than focusing on the alien bases.
    2) Ken alleged that he saved out one set of undoctored pictures, but the ones shown were the stripped ones that were artistically restored. Unless you can see the real thing, the case for an alien presence is weakened. One picture did have the overlay partially removed and domes were visible, but original photos would have been much better.

Ken Johnston - Bases on the Moon

Ken Johnston gave some interesting history of the Apollo missions. I am not enough of a photo analyst to conclude anything particular about the images presented in the video.

Alien bases on the moon - two thumbs up!

Nice exposition of NASA photographs of bases on the moon. Perhaps further exploration will reveal more in the near future.
