Dean Alioto is the creator of the mysterious and enigmatic UPN TV special Alien Abduction: Incident in Lake County (aka The McPherson Tape). For two decades, Alioto’s TV special has generated conspiracies worldwide and has been studied by top experts in the field of UFOs and alien abductions. At this year’s convention, Alioto will speak publicly for the first time ever about the TV special and the incredible strange story behind it. In addition, Alioto will talk about the original video that the controversial TV special was based on. Known simply as, UFO Abduction, this video brought the house down at the 1993 International UFO Congress Convention with it’s shocking footage of a family being abducted by aliens.

Alioto studied film at both University of Southern California and San Francisco State University. Alioto’s theatrical film debut, Crashing Eden, won several national and international awards. The dark satire was praised by Variety, singling out Alioto’s writing and his ability to work with actors. Alioto’s second film, L.A. Dicks, told the story of two Los Angeles detectives who pitch their real-life cases to Hollywood. The film went on to receive the Spirit Award at the Toronto International RebelFest Film Festival. In addition to filmmaking, Alioto is a drummer and enjoys playing with his fellow musicians in the band, Uncle Bob and The Wonderland Express.

Keith Arem is the president of Los Angeles based PCB Productions and PCB Entertainment. He is one of the leading creative directors and producers in the gaming industry, specializing in talent performance, writing, sound design, and music. Some of the titles he has worked on are Call of Duty, Metro: Exodus, Monster Hunter World, the Saints Row series, the Persona series, Judgement, Titanfall, Far Cry, and many many more.

His most recent UFO project is a movie based on the Phoenix Lights mass UFO sightings in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997. Keith wrote and directed the film, which is titled Phoenix Incident and is set to release in 2016. He says the movie mixes fiction and reality, but his overall goal is to get the general public interested in real UFO research. During the panel, Keith will be sharing his plans on future UFO movie projects based on actual events.

James Fox is the Executive Producer and Director of three critically acclaimed UFO documentaries, 50 years of DenialOut of the Blue and I Know What I SawOut of the Blue aired on the Sci-Fi channel and I Know What I Saw aired on the History channel. He is now working on an eagerly awaited new doumentary that he says will blow the socks off audiences. All of these documentaries are geared towards sharing eye-witness accounts from individuals with impeccable credentials, breaking the stereotype of the typical UFO witness.

Fox assembled the most credible UFO witnesses from around the world to testify at The National Press Club in Washington D.C.: Air Force Generals, astronauts, military and commercial pilots, government and FAA officials from seven countries tell stories that, as Governor Fife Symington from Arizona stated, ”will challenge your reality”. Fox has won the support of several key media, government and military personnel, and has made numerous television and radio appearances including: Larry King Live (CNN) appearances, Anderson Cooper 360° (CNN) appearance, ABC Nightline appearance, Dateline NBC appearance, George Noory’s Coast to Coast Radio.

In 1998, he completed and sold his first major documentary ‘UFOs: 50 Years of Denial’ to the Discovery Channel. It included such notables as Apollo 14 Astronaut Edgar Mitchell and Col. Philip J. Corso, who was in charge of the foreign technology desk at the Pentagon during the Eisenhower administration.  For his film, Out of the Blue, James interviewed witnesses including President Gerald Ford, Mercury Astronaut Gordon Cooper, Cosmonaut Pavel Papovich in Star City, Russia, and five-star Admiral Lord Hill Norton in England.

Alejandro Rojas is Director of Operations for Open Minds Production, the host for Open Minds UFO Radio, editor and contributing writer for OpenMinds.tv, and emcee for the International UFO Congress. He is also a contributor for The Huffington Post and columnist for the Roswell Daily Record. For several years Alejandro was the official spokesperson for the Mutual UFO Network as the Director of Public Education. As a UFO/Paranormal researcher and journalist, Alejandro has spent many hours in the field investigating anomalous phenomena up close and personal.
